Jamie Stanley to Race at A1GP in the Elise Trophy

Jamie Stanley is one of the Racing Schools most acomplished and regularly used instructors. He started by graduating as winner from the Three Sisters Race Circuit Scholarship Scheme which was run in conjuction with The Racing School and has gone from success to success since. We are pleased to confirm that he has secured an entry for the upcoming Lotus On Track Elise Trophy race that will support the A1GP event at Brands Hatch on 1,2,3 May.

Stanley will be driving the McNeilly ENT LTD Elise S1 which will be run by Maidstone Sports Cars and backing will come from FOX International group who make the finest fishing equipment in the world. “I am very grateful to FOXINT.COM for there support which will allow me to contest the Elise Trophy at A1GP which will be one of the biggest Motorsport events in the UK this year” said Stanley.

The car was shaken down at Brands Hatch on the 22nd of April and is now being prepared for the event. Stanley was happy with the cars performance and is confident ahead of the weekend. “ the car feels good we worked on a couple of set up changes and the balance is really nice now the car was quick but its hard to say as I don’t know how quick the other cars will be but I think we will be right at the sharp end” added Stanley.

Jamie should be used to the Lotus Elise's as he can normally be found on The Racing Schools Lotus Elise Experience or giving High Speed Passenger Rides in the Lotus. You never know, if you book onto one of these experiences, you might even get Jamie as your Instructor!!
