Formula 1 star Johnny Herbert visits The Racing School at Rockingham
Johnny Herbert former F1 and Le Mans racing driver visited Rockingham to watch charity auction winner Paul Tyson drive one of The Racing School’s F1 cars.
Paul’s generous bid at an auction in aid of the charity MIND last year won him
a fantastic Formula 1 Experience with The Racing School. The experience includes a full days driving starting with one to one tuition in a saloon car, paced and un-paced laps in a Formula Racing School single seater progressing to a session
in a Formula 3 race car and finishing the day with a drive in one of the awesome Formula 1 cars.

The Racing School is taking part in the breast cancer ‘Wear it pink’ campaign
on Friday 31st October.
We are running a variety of our exciting on and off track experiences on the day at Rockingham Motor Speedway and for every member of the team and guest on the day that wears something pink The Racing School will make a donation to the breast cancer charity.
Donington Park secures the future of The Formula 1 British Grand Prix!
The future of the British Grand Prix has been secured in a new 10 year agreement at Donington Park.
The 2010 F1TM British Grand Prix at Donington Park will see the pinnacle of motor racing return to the iconic East Midlands circuit after a 17-year absence when it last hosted the Grand Prix of Europe in 1993.
RACING SCHOOL INSTRUCTOR MAKES WELCOME PODIUM RETURN
Racing School pace car driver Phil Glew strengthened his grip on third place in the 2008 ELF Renault Clio Cup standings with two podium finishes in rounds nine and 10 at North Yorkshire’s Croft circuit. The 24-year-old, from Tothill near Alford, came home just behind championship leaders Ben Winrow and Paul Rivett in both races to keep himself in the title hunt at the halfway stage of the 20-round season.
The Racing School’s Stefan Hodgetts Wins Maiden Porsche Carrera Cup Race!
TRS regular instructor, Stefan Hodgetts joined an elite list of drivers to have scored race wins in the VIP entry in the Porsche Carrera Cup GB when he won round ten at Croft (1 June). Without a regular drive in Britain this season, Hodgetts was invited to race the PCGB entry in the pro category for the races at the North Yorkshire track and promptly reminded everyone of his ability.
