Donington Park

   

Donington Park is one of the UK's most popular tracks, combining an outstanding circuit with impressive facilities. Immersed in history, this legendary race circuit is world famous and was the venue for the 1993 European Grand Prix which saw Ayrton Senna race to victory in torrential rain in one of the most exciting Grand Prix races ever. Today Donington Park is host to a variety of national race events as well as the World Touring Car Championships. National Circuit

With 1.957 miles of twists, turns and a super straight that let's drivers and cars really 'open up, the National circuit is loved by bikers and car racers alike. The current lap record is 0.57.221 seconds, set in 2011 in a Benetton B197. The National circuit contains a swooping downhill switchback (Craner Curves) which is one of the most famous sections of corners in the world of motor racing.
