Since no two companies have exactly the same requirements there isn’t an off-the-shelf Driver of the
Year package. We work with every organisation to develop a bespoke competition which meets the
needs of their individual business.

The process begins with the agreement of the required selection criteria. This can be by way of rounds
or heats, featuring on-line training, license checks, accident rates and fuel efficiency. Many companies
decide to organise this element themselves since the fleet managers have the information they require
from internal reports. Where this is not the case The Racing School will work with you to design and
develop the required criteria.

The competition culminates in a dedicated day at Rockingham Motor Speedway where the overall
winner is selected from the finalists.

Statistically van drivers tend to have more observational failures while company car
drivers tend to have more speed related accidents. We can help with both.
